Kamala Harris’ honeymoon period is over.

She learned that lesson the hard way.

And Kamala Harris just got insulted by a Democrat in this disgusting way.

Kamala Harris is a drag in red state Democrat Senators running for re-election

Democrats swapped out President Joe Biden for Vice President Kamala Harris in large part to prevent a down-ballot wipeout for House and Senate candidates.

One incumbent Democrats desperately sought to protect was U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH).

Brown is seeking a fourth term and he’s challenged by Republican Senate candidate Bernie Moreno – whose endorsed by former President Donald Trump and U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH).

Polls currently show Brown the lead, but that’s owed in large part to voters not being familiar with Moreno as he runs behind Trump’s vote share in Ohio.

And putting Kamala Harris at the top of the ticket could lead to an even bigger wipeout in Ohio as both Moreno and Brown see Harris on the ballot as disastrous for Democrats.

“Oh, it helps me tremendously,” Moreno told reporters.

He said even Biden – who dropped out of the race due to cratering poll numbers – would have run better than Harris.

“So maybe Scranton Joe had a little bit of credibility here in Ohio. San Francisco Kamala absolutely does not,” Moreno added.

Sherrod Brown hides from Harris

Brown wanted nothing to do with Harris.

Not only did Brown refuse to endorse Harris, but he won’t show up to the Democratic National Convention to celebrate her nomination.

Even though he voted down the line like a committed socialist, Brown still tried to claim he was some down-the-middle Senator.

He also won’t be seen on the campaign trail with Harris.

“It’s not Left or Right. It’s not who you vote for, for President,” Brown told CNN.

He claimed he was just being a representative from Ohio and not a partisan Democrat.

“It’s who stands up for people in the state,” Brown added.

When asked a second time, he refused to commit to campaigning with Harris.

“I’ve got my own schedule,” Brown stated.

“She’s got her own schedule. I will focus on my race. My strategy is perhaps different from hers … talking about the differences on abortion rights and on the minimum wage between Bernie Moreno and me and how I fight every day for the dignity of work,” Brown added.

Brown trying to avoid Harris

Brown tried to make it seem like ignoring Harris was no big deal.

“I often skip conventions,” Brown claimed.

He tried to put as much distance as possible between himself and the national Democrat Party.

“My job is to fight for Ohio workers. You can talk about the Presidential race. That’s your job. … I know that what will matter is people vote for me because I stand up for workers and will continue to fight for workers,” Brown added.

Brown spent 18 years in the Senate claiming to represent the working class in Ohio while voting down the line on the socialist agenda.

But all politics are national these days.

And if Donald Trump runs away with Ohio it will make Brown’s tap dance routine irrelevant.
