Kamala Harris comes out in favor of court packing
Vice President Kamala Harris is flailing about in the final days of the campaign trying to pull out all the stops to turn around her poll numbers.
The closing message for Kamala – along with falsely claiming former President Donald Trump is Hitler – centers on her support for abortion on demand.
At a CNN town hall host Anderson Cooper pressed on the political impossibility of Kamala signing a law codifying unrestricted taxpayer-funded abortion up until the moment of birth.
Cooper noted that even if she wins in November, the votes won’t be there to ram through a national abortion-on-demand bill.
“You’ve talked about wanting to codify Roe v. Wade – that would obviously require 60 votes in the Senate and a majority in the House. That’s a big leap. We don’t have that yet. If that’s not possible to codify it in the House, what do you do?” Cooper asked.
That’s when Kamala pulled the mask off and exposed that if she wins she will threaten to end the American system of government with three co-equal branches with checks and balances.
She said she would support triggering the nuclear option and eliminating the filibuster.
“I think we need to take a look at the filibuster to be honest with you,” Kamala replied.

The dangers of eliminating the filibuster
The Supreme Court is the one institution in America that conservatives control.
Democrats aim to change that.
The 2022 decision to overturn Roe v. Wade enraged the Left.
Leftist media outlets began fabricating scandals about Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
That, combined with the incandescent anger over the court stopping the lawfare against Trump with the Presidential immunity ruling, had Kamala endorsing a court packing scheme through term limits.
“President Biden and I strongly believe that the American people must have confidence in the Supreme Court,” a statement from Kamala read. “Yet today, there is a clear crisis of confidence facing the Supreme Court as its fairness has been called into question after numerous ethics scandals and decision after decision overturning long-standing precedent.”
The Left’s term limits bill is written in such a way that would force Republican Justices John Roberts, Thomas, and Alito into retirement allowing Kamala to replace them with three left-wingers.
Such a maneuver would instantly flip the court to a 6-3 left-wing majority.
But Democrats can only ram through a court packing bill if the Senate first eliminates the filibuster.
Kamala Harris just tipped her hand and said that is exactly what she wants to see happen.
