Gisele reportedly upset at the roast of Tom Brady

Tom Brady had it all.

Wealth. 

Fame.

The supermodel wife.

7 Super Bowl championships. 

Netflix’s roast of Tom Brady was a chance for celebrities, stand-up comics, and fellow athletes to take him down a peg for just one night.

The roast turned into a massive success generating viral clips and showing that Brady could have fun at his own expense.

But one person wasn’t happy.

And that was Gisele Bündchen.

A source close to Gisele told the New York Post that she was in her native Brazil doing what she could to assist with the recovery from the historic floods.

“This past week, Gisele has been tirelessly dedicated to aiding those in need in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is grappling with the worst flooding in its history,” the source told the Post.

But the source said Gisele was unhappy with the number of jokes at the roast about their divorce. 

“She was concerned about family affected by the devastating floods, so to hear her life being joked about was very disappointing,” the source added.

“As always, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted,” the source concluded.

Marriage jokes prove a hit at the roast

Comedian Kevin Hart went right after Brady with divorce jokes.

 “When you got a chance to go 8-9 and all it will cost you is your wife and your kids, you gotta do what the f**k you gotta do,” Hart declared.

“How did you not see this coming?” Hart added. “Eight f**king karate classes a day and she’s still a white belt!” 

Drew Bledsoe was the quarterback who the Patriots selected with the number one pick in the 1993 NFL draft.

Bledsoe served as the face of the franchise until a hit by the Jets Mo Lewis in a September 23, 2001 game sidelined Bledsoe allowing Brady to kick off his Hall of Fame career with a storybook run to that year’s Super Bowl.

He also got his digs in at Brady over his draft position and the fact that he is still married to his wife Maura, whom he tied the knot with in 1996.

“Hey look, buddy, you have more rings than I do, but I’ve experienced a couple of things that you will never experience: the feeling of being the No. 1 overall draft pick in the NFL, and a 28th wedding anniversary. It was yesterday,” Bledsoe joked.

Comedian Nikki Glaser also snarked about the number of Super Bowl rings Brady won saying “You have seven rings. Well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back.”

The general reaction to Gisele’s whining was “who cares?”

Glasser later revealed that everyone agreed on no jokes about Brady’s kids but that everything else was fair game.

That’s the point of a roast.

The jokes were at Brady’s expense and if Gisele didn’t like them that was just too bad.
