Donald Trump’s hot streak continued.

Democrats and the media will be fuming.

And Donald Trump was jumping for joy after this huge win in court.

Trump wins big in Court in defamation lawsuit against ABC’s George Stephanopoulos

Former President Donald Trump celebrated a federal judge allowing his defamation lawsuit against ABC and host George Stephanopoulos over him saying Trump was found “liable for rape.”

A BIG WIN TODAY IN HIGH FLORIDA COURT AGAINST ABC FAKE NEWS, AND LIDDLE’ GEORGE SLOPADOPOLUS. A POWERFUL CASE! BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA WILL BE FORCED BY THE COURTS TO START TELLING THE TRUTH. THIS IS A GREAT DAY FOR OUR COUNTRY. MAGA2024!” Trump posted on Truth Social.

Judge Cecilia Altonaga of the United States District Court in Miami found Trump had a reasonable case to make that Stephanopoulos defamed him with the comments.

“A jury may, upon viewing the segment, find there was sufficient context. But a reasonable jury could conclude Plaintiff was defamed and, as a result, dismissal is inappropriate,” Judge Altonaga wrote.

The lawsuit’s origin

Trump’s case began with a tense interview between Stephanopoulos and RINO South Carolina Representative Nancy Mace that came after a show trial in New York where a Clinton Judge and jury from all-Democrat New York ruled in favor of E. Jean Carroll in a sexual assault lawsuit against Donald Trump.

“How do you square your endorsement of Donald Trump with the testimony we just saw?” Stephanopoulos asked.

Stephanopoulos then attacked Mace for endorsing Trump after he was found “liable for rape.”

“You’ve endorsed Donald Trump for president. Judges and two separate juries have found him liable for rape and for defaming the victim of that rape,” Stephanopoulos added.

He then bragged about the lawsuit in an interview with left-wing comedian Stephen Colbert.

“Trump sued me because I used the word ‘rape,’ even though a judge said that’s in fact what did happen,” Stephanopoulos stated.

“We filed a motion to dismiss,” Stephanopoulos added.

Trump was found liable for sexual abuse, a charge Trump still denies.

But Trump wasn’t found liable for rape which has its own definition under New York law.

The fallout

The political fallout from this lawsuit extends well beyond the courtroom.

ABC was set to host the second Presidential debate.

That was part of the agreement that Trump and President Joe Biden reached.

But Trump said that the deal no longer held as Biden was out of the race and that ABC could no longer be trusted to host a debate due to Stephanopoulos’ conduct.

“My debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September. Now that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you!,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
