Trial set to begin with Trump facing unfair gag order

Anti-Trump Judge Juan Merchan is set to oversee Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s political persecution of former President Donald Trump.

Merchan slapped him with an unconstitutional gag order that muzzles his ability to talk about witnesses, prosecutors, and the court staff and their families.

If Trump violates the gag order, the judge will deny his defense team critical information that could result in an even more unfair trial than the kangaroo court he’s set to endure.

A jail sentence could follow the all-but-assured conviction. 

Trump lamented the unfairness of it all in a post on Truth Social.

“I was recently informed that another corrupt New York judge, Juan Merchan, gagged me! That’s gagged like you can’t talk!” Trump began.

“But he gagged me with respect to a case that everyone, including the DA, felt should never have been brought” Trump added noting that Bragg and his predecessor Cy Vance Jr. didn’t want to bring this case as evidenced by the fact that Bragg waited years to bring the charges when he couldn’t make anything else stick.

Trump explains dirty secret behind the gag order

Trump blasted the gag order as another way Merchan sought to rig the trial by preventing him from telling people the truth about the Soviet-style travesty Justice Bragg was about to put him through.

“Plenty of people have gagged me recently because when I talk in New York, I explain to the people and they understand these cases are all rigged,” Trump added.

“It sounds fair, doesn’t it? To be gagged. But it’s not. It virtually never happens. It only happens to me because I’m able to tell people what’s happening. And those people get extremely angry with what’s happening,” Trump continued.

“This judge should be recused and the case should be thrown out. He’s totally conflicted. There’s never been a judge more conflicted than this one. There has virtually never been anything like it. Thank you very much,” Trump concluded.

Can Donald Trump get a fair trial?

Judge Merchan is a President Joe Biden voter.

The jury poll is pulled from a collection of residents who voted 84 percent for Biden in the 2020 Election and 84 percent for Alvin Bragg in his Manhattan District Attorney race in 2021.

Bragg won that race by positioning himself as the most anti-Trump candidate and the one Democrat voters in New York City could trust to weaponize the justice system to specifically target him.

All the stars aligned in New York City for Democrats to stage a show trial against Donald Trump months before the election on charges that had never been brought against anyone else before.
