Gutfeld Exposed Jessica Tarlov the Moment She Accused Him of Hate

Jessica Tarlov lost an argument about Democrats and manliness on live television.

So she reached for the one word guaranteed to end the segment.

Then she turned it around and accused him of hating Jews instead.

How a Fight Over Manly Democrats Turned Into an Antisemitism Charge

The segment on The Five started innocently enough.

Greg Gutfeld was needling Democrats for confusing "manliness" with aggressive, violent rhetoric, pointing to streamer Hasan Piker as the party's new model of masculinity.

Tarlov jumped in to defend Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, a democratic socialist Gutfeld was using as his prime example, and couldn't answer his point.

She pivoted to Jon Ossoff and Josh Shapiro, then landed a punch that had nothing to do with the topic.

"I know you're gonna say, 'Oh, he's a Jew, he can't be president,'" Tarlov told Gutfeld, putting words in his mouth on national television.

Gutfeld didn't let it slide.

"I would never say that," he shot back.

He reminded her exactly why Shapiro's name came up in the first place: Kamala Harris passed him over for vice president, and Gutfeld had been calling out the Democratic Party's own antisemitism problem, not endorsing it.

"I was saying what you guys were saying," Gutfeld told her.

This Is Not the First Time She Has Gone There

Tarlov has a pattern here, and it didn't start Thursday.

Back in April, she told the panel that "Israel pushed us" into striking Iran, citing a book excerpt about Netanyahu's pitch to Trump's team.

Gutfeld called it out immediately.

"The Jews are controlling us," he said, mocking the logic of her claim before she could dress it up any further.

Fellow panelist Paul Mauro didn't hold back either, calling the entire framing "a very, very dangerous meme."

Trump had talked about hitting Iran's nuclear program for decades before Netanyahu ever sat down with his team.

Netanyahu asking was not the same as Netanyahu deciding.

Two different segments, five months apart, and the same move both times: Tarlov gets cornered on Israel or Jewish politicians, then reaches for a trope she can't back up.

Go back further and the pattern widens beyond Israel entirely.

Last September, Gutfeld called out what he described as her "both sides" spin on political violence, a different topic entirely but the same reflex: get cornered, then reframe the argument as something darker than what was actually said.

Just last week, he was correcting her again, this time over claims about law enforcement.

Different week, different topic, same script.

Why Liberals Reach for This Word the Second They're Losing

The move only works if nobody remembers what actually happened five minutes earlier.

Tarlov walked into a debate about Democrats losing male voters, got beaten on the substance, and walked out having accused Gutfeld of a prejudice he never showed.

That's not a debate tactic.

It's a fire alarm pulled to end a fight she was losing.

Gutfeld didn't flinch, and he didn't need a talking point to do it.

He just repeated her words back to her until they collapsed under the weight of what she'd actually said.

Fox viewers have watched this exact pattern play out on The Five all year, and every time, the tape backs up Gutfeld, not Tarlov.

Networks that let hosts casually toss around antisemitism accusations to win an argument about senate candidates are teaching their audience the word doesn't mean anything anymore.

Real antisemitism is a real problem, and it deserves a word that still means something when it actually shows up.

Tarlov cheapened that word on live television to win an argument about a senate primary.
