A “Haole Boy” Hawaii Democrat Got Caught Threatening a Local’s Wife and Knocked Out Cold on Video

America watched Democrats lecture the country about political violence for months.
One of their own congressional candidates just showed everyone how that lecture landed.
The Democrat reportedly pulled a knife and now faces major legal consequences in addition to the knucks he got after one man decided enough was enough and put him down.
Basin Threatened to Shoot a Man's Wife Before Pulling a Knife
Kirill Basin wanted his music loud.
A 61 year old man at Keawakapu Beach in South Kihei just wanted him to turn it down.
Basin's response was not a shrug or an apology.
Police say Basin skipped past words fast, hinting he was armed and vowing to shoot the man's wife.
A bystander stepped in to defuse things and Basin escalated again.
Then a knife came out, pointed at whoever was standing nearby, before Basin finally chucked it into the surf.
Video of the confrontation shows Basin taunting the crowd with the same four words on repeat.
"What you gonna do? What you gonna do?"
He found out.
One punch from the man he threatened put Basin flat on the sand, out cold, in front of a beach full of witnesses with cell phones.

Maui Police charged him with two counts of first degree terroristic threatening.
His bail was set at one million dollars.
He now faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
This Was Not Basin's First Arrest of the Campaign
Basin is not some random beachgoer who wandered into a bad afternoon.
He is running as a Democrat against sitting Rep Jill Tokuda in Hawaii's Second District.
His campaign website promises voters accountability and insists the state needs leaders who "act with love."
Two months earlier, Basin had already pulled a gun inside a Maui County building, squaring off with county workers on the clock.
That same month he disrupted a county council meeting so badly that council member Thomas Cook filed a restraining order against him.
Cook said Basin got "aggressive and confrontational" and threatened violence against police and a fellow council member.
Multiple Maui residents now hold protective orders against a man asking voters to send him to Congress.
A man who cannot stop threatening his own neighbors is not the guy selling love and accountability.
Even Tokuda could not defend him.
"Violence has no place in our communities or in public service," she said.

Basin's Second Arrest in Three Months Says It All
This is not an isolated Hawaii story.
Democrat officials pulling weapons on private citizens has become a pattern this election cycle, not a one off.
An Arizona Democratic party official was arrested this summer after allegedly pushing into a home with a knife and duct tape and threatening her former partner.
A Chicago career criminal with 72 prior arrests was walking free under the same soft on crime policies Democrats defend nationwide when he set a woman on fire on the L train.
The common thread is not one unstable candidate.
It is a party leadership that keeps waving through violent, unstable people because the letter next to their name says D.
Democrats spent the Charlie Kirk era demanding the country tone down its rhetoric.
They cannot ask America to disarm its language while their own candidates are pulling knives on retirees at the beach.
Hawaii voters go to the polls Saturday, and they now know exactly what "real accountability" looked like on a Saturday afternoon in South Kihei.
