Jill Biden Ex’s Murder Case Just Picked Up a Buried Bidenworld Connection Nobody in Delaware Wants Explained

Jill Biden's ex-husband has sat in a Delaware jail for months on a murder charge nobody explained.

Now a detective tied to that case turns out to share a home with Delaware's governor's chief of staff.

That chief of staff has ties running straight back to the Bidens and nobody in Wilmington wants to talk about it.

The Detective Who Never Filed a Public Affidavit

Bill Stevenson met Jill Jacobs at the University of Delaware in the late 1960s.

They married in 1970, when Jill was eighteen.

They divorced in 1975, and she married a young Delaware senator named Joe Biden two years later.

Stevenson moved on too.

He built The Stone Balloon into one of the most famous college bars in America.

He married Linda in 1986, and the two stayed married for nearly forty years.

Then on December 28, 2025, Bill called 911 from their home in the Oak Hill section of Wilmington.

Police arrived and found Linda unresponsive on the living room floor.

She was pronounced dead.

The first autopsy came back inconclusive, and investigators reportedly could not even determine how Linda died, according to Gateway Pundit's reporting.

Investigators ordered a second autopsy.

Five weeks later, a New Castle County grand jury indicted Stevenson on first-degree murder.

That indictment is one sentence long.

It alleges Stevenson "did intentionally cause the death of Linda Stevenson" and nothing else.

No motive.

No cause of death.

There's no public arrest affidavit either, the filing that would normally lay out the actual evidence and require a judge's sign off.

Prosecutors skipped straight to a sealed grand jury instead.

Stevenson has been held ever since on bail that was later raised to two million dollars.

His attorney is a public defender because he cannot afford anything else.

A Chief of Staff With Deep Biden Roots

Here is the part Delaware's political class would rather you not connect.

A detective tied to the Stevenson investigation, identified in reporting as Flockerzie, reportedly lives with or may be married to Misty Seemans, according to Gateway Pundit's sourcing.

Seemans is Chief of Staff to Delaware Governor Matt Meyer.

Meyer's ties to the Biden family go back decades.

He cut his teeth on Joe Biden's 1988 presidential run and crossed paths with both Beau and Hunter Biden along the way.

Seemans landed her job with Meyer only after years working for Ted Kaufman, the longtime Delaware power broker who advised Biden for decades.

That is not a six degrees of separation coincidence.

That is the top law enforcement figure on a murder case sharing a household with a woman whose entire career runs through the Biden political machine.

Delaware's legal and political establishment has long been described as unusually close-knit, with the same handful of families and loyalists rotating through the same offices for decades.

It gets worse.

Stevenson's lifelong friend Michael Kalmer agreed to serve as his power of attorney while he sits in jail.

Kalmer says he has no firsthand knowledge of anything that happened the night Linda died.

Prosecutors subpoenaed him as a witness anyway.

A man with nothing to offer gets pulled into a murder case the moment he starts managing Stevenson's affairs.

That looks a lot less like fact-finding and a lot more like a message.

A Sealed Indictment, a Missing Motive, and a Grudge Going Back Fifty Years

Grand juries exist to shield the innocent from public accusations that never should have been filed, not to let prosecutors bury a case in silence because the defendant happens to be tied to the wrong family.

Compare this to the Eric Garner grand jury fight a decade ago, when secrecy itself became the scandal because the public had no way to know what evidence existed or why charges did or did not follow.

Delaware just ran the same play, except this time the man in the cell has his own history with the family running the investigation.

Stevenson has said for years that Joe and Jill's relationship started while Jill was still married to him, long before the "blind date" story the Bidens have told for decades.

Now that same man sits in custody, prosecuted by a system where the lead detective's own household connects straight into the governor's office and straight back to Biden loyalists.

Maybe that is coincidence.

Coincidences do not usually come with a sealed indictment, a missing motive, and a subpoena for a man who admits he knows nothing.

Delaware's political machine has spent fifty years protecting the Biden name.

Bill Stevenson is about to find out how far that protection reaches.
