Bill O’Reilly was once the centerpiece of the Fox News primetime lineup.

He was also a critic of Barack Obama’s Presidency.

But now what Bill O’Reilly said about Barack Obama will put your jaw on the ground.

Bill O’Reilly explains his real feelings about Barack Obama

Bill O’Reilly was the top-rated anchor on Fox News until the network fired him in 2017.

He was also a best-selling author who wrote historical novels about Presidents such as Killing Lincoln and Killing Kennedy.

O’Reilly is back with a new book, Confronting the Presidents, which examines personal relationships that took a toll on various Presidents.

In an interview on NewsNation with host Leland Vittert to promote the book, O’Reilly discussed how he handled former President Barack Obama.

O’Reilly regularly attacked Obama’s administration, but he’s likely to be the last Fox News host to interview a sitting Democrat President when the two sat down for the traditional Super Bowl Sunday interview in 2014.

In the interview, O’Reilly told Vittert that readers would be surprised with his take on Obama.

He claimed to have a good relationship with Obama and that he went out of his way to be fair to him.

What surprised viewers is that O’Reilly didn’t think Obama tried to wreck the country and called him the “hardest working” President in modern history.”

“We were very fair to Barack Obama in Confronting the Presidents. We had a good relationship with Obama. I knew what he was doing it, and why he was doing it. And he wasn’t, in his mind, or in my mind, damaging the country. I didn’t think he was damaging the country at all. Obama is the hardest working modern President,” O’Reilly stated.

O’Reilly’s words about Obama not hurting the country struck his fans funny.

Obama imposed the socialist government-run Obamacare scheme on America.

He also spied on Americans every email, text message, and phone call without a warrant, in direct violation of the Constitution.

And Obama was the originator of weaponizing the government as his IRS targeted tea party groups for harassment and his FBI opened up the Russia collusion hoax witch hunt.

O’Reilly spills the beans on Obama

O’Reilly also told Vittert that Obama didn’t respect Biden’s laziness.

“Obama didn’t like Biden because Biden was like taking a nap every three hours,” O’Reilly revealed.

That tracks as all repots indicate that Obama and his team had no respect for Biden’s political skills.

Obama also endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016 and didn’t want Biden to run in 2020.

But O’Reilly stunned his audience again when he said that overall he considered Obama a “good” President because he thought his winning election as the first black President was a positive for the country.

“I didn’t agree with his mass spending tactics because I don’t think that works in the long run for the working American. Can’t raise taxes the way these guys want to raise them on the Democratic side,” O’Reilly continued.

“But I don’t think Obama was a bad President at all. In fact, you could put him in the good category because he uplifted a portion of the population that needed to be uplifted, people of color,” O’Reilly added.
