Dr. Anthony Fauci has sparked outrage over revelations that his National Institutes of Health funded — with U.S. taxpayer dollars — the cruel torture of beagle puppies where they were held captive and “slowly eaten alive” by sandflies.

The “experiment” was so gruesome, the puppies’ vocal cords were cut so “observers” wouldn’t have to hear their screams!
