Online censorship in 2020 handed Biden the White House
Democrats weaponized the term misinformation to mean anything that makes their candidates look bad or contradicts their narrative.
And Democrats have been able to devise operations to suppress and censor so-called “misinformation” online to help them win elections.
Biden-Harris campaign Digital Director Rob Flaherty is now Kamala Harris’ deputy campaign manager.
He participated in a November 2020 Zoom call for HOPE not hate – a U.K.-based group that supports censoring so-called “hate speech” – to explain how in 2020, the campaign manipulated “disinformation” to hide President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline from the voters.

Then-Biden For President’s Director of Rapid Response Rebecca Rinkevich explained how the campaign used microtargeting to bombard social media users with content to counteract the truth they learned about Biden’s cognitive decline.
“We targeted folks based on online behavioral cues, building out personas, based on the type of content they were consuming, what they were searching, the kinds of websites they were visiting so that we could target folks in real-time as they were exposed to that disinformation,” Rinkevich told the Zoom participants.
Rinkevich said this program helped drive down the number of Americans who believed Biden to be cognitively impaired.
“The risk and the hit concern around mental acuity in particular went down by eight points over the course of our campaign,” Rinkevich added.
Rinkevich claimed Biden won an additional 200,000 votes thanks to his manipulated disinformation program.
Considering Biden won by about 45,000 votes across Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin, it likely proved decisive.
Biden’s 2024 plan
Kamala Harris’ surge in the polls shows there was a large number of voters put off by the fact that Joe Biden clearly was mentally incapacitated.
And he had a plan for that.
It likely involved rerunning the 2020 playbook as the Democrat National Committee’s website lists the “Counter Disinformation Program” as active.
Had Biden run again it’s likely this program would have ramped up again to censor and gaslight about his mental acuity.
Kamala Harris also inherits this effort.
And Democrats could use the “Counter Disinformation Program” to try to manipulate disinformation to try and fool voters into thinking she isn’t the “Border Czar” or that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz didn’t lie about his military record.
