Jen Psaki just became the butt of her own joke when she made this delusional claim

For about 18 months, Jen Psaki was the mouthpiece for President Joe Biden and his administration.

She fled the sinking ship of the Biden Administration but has remained in the public eye as a host for MSNBC.

But now Psaki just accidentally became the butt of her own joke when she made one delusional claim about herself.

Joe Biden can’t pick a good mouthpiece

Karine Jean-Pierre has been President Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary for the past two years.

The result has been an unmitigated disaster.

She’s constantly painting herself into corners that she can’t get out of – and she’s often unprepared.

In fact, her go-to phrase is, “I just don’t have anything.”

Her predecessor, former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was better at the gig – but not by much.

She certainly wasn’t former Trump White House Press Secretaries Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Kayleigh McEnany.

But her battles with Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy reached epic levels for the political wonks in the audience.

And at least when Psaki “didn’t have anything,” she would infamously promise to “circle back.”

Psaki left her comfy White House gig to go to an even cozier part-time schedule at MSNBC where she’s a host and analyst.

That’s her job – host and analyst.

However, an audience of her biggest fans was left in stitches when she described her career with this one word.

Jen Psaki accidentally adds comedian to her resume

Along with host and analyst, Psaki can now dubiously add “author” to her resume.

She has released a new book, Say More: Lessons from Work, the White House, and the World.

Psaki has been all over recently publicizing her new tome.

She was recently interviewed by author and New York Magazine contributing editor Kara Swisher.

As you can see in the above video, Swisher questioned the idea of Psaki switching from Press Secretary to so-called “journalism.”

“You think you’re a journalist?” Swisher asked Psaki.

“Yes,” Psaki quickly answered back.

“Okay,” a somewhat surprised Swisher replied.

And the next thing you hear is a crowd full of far-left radicals laughing at the idea of Psaki as a “journalist.”

Psaki should add revisionist historian to her resume

Perhaps the laughter is at least partly because of problems with Psaki’s new book.

That problem is the uncertainty of whether it belongs in the non-fiction or fiction section of the airport bookstore.

In fact, Psaki had to issue a retraction for inaccuracies before the book was even released.

According to Axios, Psaki engaged in some revisionist history in her book.

For one, she claimed that President Biden didn’t rudely look at his watch during a funeral for soldiers killed during his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.

The problem for Biden and Psaki’s attempt to memory-hole the incident – pictures, eyewitness testimony from credible sources and multiple fact checks all confirm he did indeed check his watch to see how much longer he’d have to sit through a ceremony commemorating the lives of people who only died because of his poor judgment.
