Tucker Carlson just told one truth about Brett Kavanaugh that conservatives will not like
Brett Kavanaugh was supposed to be one of Donald Trump’s star Supreme Court appointments.
But then something happened.
And Tucker Carlson just told one truth about Brett Kavanaugh that conservatives will not like.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court struck down Joe Biden’s tyrannical and illegal federal vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 workers.
But the Justices allowed Biden’s immoral vaccine mandate for healthcare facilities that accept Medicare and Medicaid dollars to proceed.
Justice Brett Kavanaugh cast the deciding vote on that case to hand Joe Biden and his COVID police state a minor win.
Carlson applauded the Court for rejecting Biden’s insane workplace vaccine mandate, but expressed disbelief that the Court would override the objections of nurses and doctors – who are qualified to assess the risks and benefits of the vaccine – and allow a federal mandate to proceed.
“He’s not God, and the Congress didn’t pass the law. The Court decided that the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, by contrast, can remain in place at least for now. But as it stands this ruling is a rejection of yet another dramatic overreach from a completely out of control administration that believes it knows more about health and science than doctors and nurses,” Carlson began.
Carlson’s guest – constitutional lawyer Harmeet Dhillon – pointed out that by allowing the vaccine mandate to proceed, Biden would now be responsible for even greater shortages of healthcare workers as some percentage of nurses and doctors would refuse the vaccine and face termination.
“Three of them have been struck down so far, only the one today with healthcare workers, which I disagree with, but that has gone forward,” Dhillon stated. “So, 10 million healthcare workers do have to get vaccinated if they wish to keep their jobs in a covered facility, which is unfortunate given the massive shortage that we have of healthcare workers right now in our hospitals.”
That’s when Carlson jumped in and slammed Kavanaugh as a “cringing little liberal” for siding with the Biden administration on the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
“Yeah, with no—with no help from Brett Kavanaugh, I notice,” Carlson said, adding, that “cringing little liberal.”
