This Supreme Court Justice was nowhere to be found and Democrats are terrified

Liberals are still reeling from their last Supreme Court defeat.

President Trump has confirmed two Supreme Court justices that have flipped the Court for the first time in a generation.

But the health of one Supreme Court Justice has Chuck Schumer on edge.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg did not show up to work for a second day in a row.

She is still at home recovering from cancer surgery.

But her absence has everyone wondering.

The Hill reports:

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from the Supreme Court bench for the second day in a row on Tuesday.

Chief Justice John Roberts noted Ginsburg’s absence when the justices took their seats for the second time in the new year.

Repeating what he said Monday, Roberts said Ginsburg is “unable to be present” for the court’s sitting, but will participate in the decisions using transcripts of the arguments and court briefs.

Ginsburg, who was forced to miss her first oral argument in more than 25 years on Monday, is still recuperating at home after surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from the lower lobe of her left lung on Dec. 21.

First, Trump confirmed Justice Neil Gorsuch, a conservative stalwart, to the high court.

Then, the President managed to confirm Justice Kavanaugh in spite of the left’s resorting to some of the dirtiest political tactics ever used.

Now, Justice Ginsburg’s seat on the Supreme Court is in question.

And after the Democrats’ antics in the Kavanaugh confirmation fight, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has no bullets left to fire to stop another Trump nominee from being confirmed to the Supreme Court.

The Left idolizes Ginsburg so much so that Hollywood even released a glowing film about her last year.

One “reporter” even asked his followers if they’d be willing to “subtract one day off your life and add it to Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s life for one extra day of good health?”

She will likely postpone her retirement until the 2020 election in hopes that Trump loses.

If Trump is given the opportunity to confirm a third judge in his first term, it could solidify a conservative majority for decades.
