This Democrat Presidential hopeful just made the biggest mistake of his life

Democrats are using Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court hearing as a soapbox to talk to their radical “progressive” base.

Several Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee are already jockeying for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination.

But one senator went too far and it could cost him everything.

Senator Cory Booker has made a fool of himself yet again.

Booker released “committee confidential” documents during Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing.

The documents were marked confidential because they were deemed to contain information sensitive to national security.

Booker was trying to prove he was willing to stand up to Republicans even if it cost him his job.

But there was just one problem.

The documents were already approved to be made public.

CNBC reports:

In an email, William Burck, the former Bush administration lawyer overseeing the production of Kavanaugh’s documents, said that he had approved Booker’s request to release the documents Wednesday night.

“Yes, we cleared the documents last night shortly after Senator Booker’s staff asked us to,” Burck said. “I was surprised to learn about Senator Booker’s histrionics this morning because we had already told him he could use the documents publicly.”

Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said his staff worked through the night to make “public every committee confidential document the minority has requested, including a request after midnight.”

The documents Booker released were pertaining to increased security after the 9/11 attacks.

Booker thought he had Kavanaugh nailed to the wall when he saw documents that said “racial profiling” with Kavanaugh’s name tied to them.

But it seems Booker didn’t even bother to read the documents.

In one email, Kavanaugh writes:

“The people who favor some use of race/natl origin obviously do not need to grapple with the interim question. But the people (such as you and I) who generally favor effective security measures that are race-neutral in fact DO need to grapple –and grapple now — with the interim question of what to do before a truly effective and comprehensive race-neutral system is developed and implemented.”

This only proves that Kavanaugh was not in favor or racial profiling.

Booker put his career on the line for a giant “nothing burger.”

And then he torched his chances to win the 2020 Democrat nomination.
