This anti-Trump Congresswoman will go to great lengths you won’t believe to save her seat
As the Midterm elections creep closer, politicians are pulling out all the stops, especially those not on the “Right” side of things.
Polls continue to show that not only is Biden’s left-wing agenda not what the American people want, but also that Donald Trump is still wildly popular with voters.
And this anti-Trump Congresswoman will go to great lengths you won’t believe to save her seat.
Donald Trump’s endorsements are like gold these days.
Members of the GOP are clamoring to be endorsed by the former President because they know the voters want more of Donald Trump.
That’s why when this South Carolina Congresswoman found herself on the opposite end of a Trump endorsement, she went to great lengths to try and make herself feel better.
Just one day after former President Donald Trump endorsed a Primary challenger against first-term Congresswoman Nancy Mace, the South Carolina lawmaker proved how immature she can be.
Mace took to social media to let the world know that it’s just not fair.
In a video filmed outside Trump Tower, Mace whined about how she was one of Donald Trump’s earliest supporters and warned that if her challenger, Katie Arrington, wins the GOP nomination, the Democrats will surely take back the seat.
“I remember in 2015 when President Trump announced his run, I was one of his earliest supporters. I actually worked for the campaign in 2016. I worked in seven different states across the country to help get him elected,” Mace highlighted in her video, which was recorded as she stood in front of Trump Tower in New York City.
Mace has been a less than stellar Congresswoman and hasn’t lived up to the conservative ideals she espoused on the campaign trail.
In his endorsement speech, Trump called Mace “an absolutely terrible candidate.”
He also said that she was “not at all representative of the Republican Party to which she has been very disloyal.”
Mace famously stated that Donald Trump’s rhetoric leading up to January 6 “put all of our lives at risk.”
Mace was the lone South Carolina Republican to join House Democrats in voting to hold Trump’s former White House senior aide, Steve Bannon, in contempt of Congress.
This is not exactly the way to win friends and influence people.
Apparently, Mace is just another in a long string of RINOs who wants to force the GOP to the Left.
And Donald Trump’s endorsement of her opponent proves that she is not who she says she is.
