Stormy Daniels just got the worst news of her life
Stormy Daniels has tried to profit off of attacking President Trump.
The national media has eaten it up.
But her plans backfired in the most spectacular way.
Earlier this year, Stormy Daniels hired lawyer Michael Avenatti to sue President Trump for defamation after she claimed a goon threatened her to keep her mouth shut.
Now a federal judge has dismissed Stormy Daniels’ lawsuit against President Trump.
This is yet another embarrassment for Daniels and her lawyer, Michael Avenatti.
A federal judge has dismissed adult film star Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump.
Daniels sued Trump after he said in a tweet that her story of a man threatening her not to come forward with her story
of her alleged affair with Trump was “a total con job.”
Daniels argued Trump’s tweet, posted April 18, “attacks the veracity of her account” of the incident and that Trump’s statement was “false and defamatory, and that the tweet was defamation … because it charged her with committing a serious crime,” District Judge S. James Otero wrote in his opinion Monday.
Daniels will also be forced to pay for Trump’s attorney’s fees.
But that shouldn’t be a problem for her.
Earlier this year, Daniels launched a crowd funding campaign that has raised over half-a-million dollars.
Her “poor” donors – undoubtedly Trump-haters – now have to swallow the bitter pill that their donations are now going to pay Trump’s lawyers.
President Trump didn’t pull any punches after this news broke.
He tweeted that he may go after Daniels and Avenatti – calling the washed up porn star “a total con!”
“Federal Judge throws out Stormy Danials lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled to full legal fees.” @FoxNews Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas. She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!
