Shocking new report shows why Donald Trump was right to cut funding for the World Health Organization
The Chinese coronavirus paralyzed the world’s economy and caused more than a quarter million deaths.
Everything from the Olympics to schools have been shut down and canceled as continued shutdowns due to the virus threaten a new world-wide depression.
Now a shocking new report shows why Donald Trump was right to cut funding for the World Health Organization.
The entire world is feeling the effects of the coronavirus. Millions are unemployed, businesses are closing forever, and food shortages are growing.
Much can be debated about the cure being worse than the disease, and for the most part that is true.
But the spread of the disease, and the world’s response to it, should have been vastly different, if not for one reason:
A vast Chinese communist cover-up.
We’ve known all along the Chinese government covered up the virus, its origins, and whether it could be spread human to human.
But now, it turns out Chinese complicity in the cover-up stretched farther and is even worse than we all feared.
According to the New York Post, in a shocking new report issued just this week, it turns out that Chinese President Xi Jinping most likely actively pressured the Director-General of the United Nation’s World Health Organization into delaying a global warning about the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
The New York Post report comes on the heels of an article in the left-wing German newspaper Der Spiegel, no enemy of the UN or WHO.
In the article, an intelligence report from the German federal intelligence service Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) is cited to back up the accusation. This BND report bases its claims on a phone conversation on January 21. In this call, the Communist leader Xi told WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to “delay a global warning” about the virus, as well as to take all efforts to actively conceal information on the contagiousness of the virus, including human-to-human transmission.
Of course WHO Director Tedros Adhanom, it should be stated, was the hand-picked candidate of the Communist Chinese for the WHO job, becoming the first African Communist and the first non-Doctor to head up the WHO.
In response to the claims of the German intelligence agency, WHO immediately released a tersely worded statement calling the claim “unfounded and untrue.”
WHO then doubled down on their defense by making the absurd claim that that Director Adhanom and President Xi “have never spoken by phone.”
WHO also made the usual leftist pitch that “such inaccurate reports distract and detract from WHO’s and the world’s efforts to end the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Of course, as most readers know, WHO, and Director-General Adhanom in particular, has been widely and soundly criticized for its poor handling of the coronavirus outbreak.
The beleaguered organization infamously sent a tweet out back in January that there was no evidence of human-to-human transmission of the virus.
The United States has already cut off all federal funding to WHO and has redirected those funds to private charities instead.
And now Adhanom is facing widespread calls for his resignation, not just because of his handling of the Coronavirus but also for things ranging from his overly cozy relationship with the Chinese government to WHO’s excessive and lavish travel budget.
The resignation of WHO’s Director should be just the first step, followed closely by shutting down the organization.
