One Democrat had something surprising to say about Ron DeSantis
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is turning into the new boogeyman on the Left.
Democrats looking to make a name for themselves try to pick fights with DeSantis to burnish their standing in the Party.
But one Democrat had something surprising to say about Ron DeSantis.
The Left’s latest lie-filled smear campaign against Ron DeSantis focused on the Parental Rights in Education bill.
This vital legislation prevents woke activists from filling the heads of children in grades K-three with propaganda about transgenderism or the homosexual lifestyle.
Democrats and their allies in the corporate-controlled media lied, calling it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill and falsely claiming it banned teachers from saying the word gay in class and was meant to intimidate homosexuals.
The text of the bill includes no mention of the word gay, as it merely prevented no age appropriate discussions of alternative lifestyles.
Former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was the only Democrat in America to speak honestly about the legislation.
In a video posted to social media, Gabbard said the only problem with the legislation was that it did not go far enough.
Gabbard wondered why the Florida legislature did not protect students in grades 4-12 from the woke ideology infecting the classroom.
When I first heard about Florida’s Parental Rights bill, I was shocked it only protects children K-3. Third grade? How about 12th grade—or not at all. Meanwhile, schools are failing: 1 in 4 graduates are functionally illiterate. Parents should raise their kids, not the government pic.twitter.com/CycF8cKRh3

Gabbard’s video added fuel to the fire that she is auditioning for the position of Donald Trump’s running mate in 2024.
If Donald Trump runs for President in 2024, Trump is the odds-on favorite to win the GOP nomination.
Now that Trump’s made it official that Mike Pence will not be his running mate in 2024, the immediate question is who he will select.
Trump’s biggest weakness in 2016 and 2020 was with women voters.
Many suspect if Trump runs for re-election, he will try to shore up some of that problem with suburban female voters by selecting a woman as his running mate.
Gabbard already supports Donald Trump’s America First foreign policy.
Gabbard also regularly appears on Fox News as a strong critic of the Democrat Party’s descent into woke madness.
And defending the Florida bill could be another way for Gabbard to shore up her support on the Right if Trump selects her as his Vice Presidential nominee.
