Nancy Pelosi just announced another impeachment push over what she just accused Trump of doing
Democrats spent months dividing America with their impeachment scam.
At the end of the day, President Trump was exonerated of all charges.
But it’s not over after Nancy Pelosi announced another impeachment push with one crime she accuses Trump of.
It has been just a few months since the Democrats impeachment hoax went down in flames with the Senate clearing President Trump of all charges relating to his call with Ukraine’s President.
And the Left is still bitter.
People like Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi aren’t ready to let their impeachment dreams go away.
They know that with such a weak candidate like Joe Biden set to challenge Trump, they are unlikely to beat him at the ballot box.
So they are instead trying to re-launch their impeachment efforts.
Pelosi hinted at what they will charge Trump with during a recent interview with CBS’s Face the Nation.
She claims that Trump firing Obama-holdover State Department Inspector General Steve Linick “could be unlawful.”
Linick of course was the Inspector General who played a major role in the previous impeachment scam.
Pelosi goes on the state that the House will investigate this, and considering that she alleges criminal activity, that investigation will almost certainly be done through impeachment.
While Pelosi concedes that Trump does have the lawful right to fire federal employees, she claims the illegality comes in as she believes it was done “in retaliation.”
“Madam Speaker, late Friday, President Trump sent you a letter saying that he was going to remove the Inspector General of the State Department, Steve Linick. There’s the fourth IG to be removed in six weeks. Why was Linick removed? What’s behind this?” CBS host Margaret Brennan asked Pelosi.
“Well, this is new to us and typical of the White House announcing something that is very unsavory. They would do it late on a Friday night. The fact is, as you indicated, it’s the fourth inspector general- inspectors general, that office was created after Watergate to make sure that there was integrity in the Departments, the agencies of government.
They’re supposed to show cause. Even Republicans in Congress are concerned about and have spoken out,” Pelosi said.
Pelosi then goes on to bring in the criminal aspect that she delusionally believes is true, saying, “So, again, let’s take a look and see. The president has the right to fire any federal employee. But the fact is if it looks like it’s in retaliation for something that the attorney- the IG, the Inspector General is doing, that could be unlawful.”
She is clearly trying to make impeachment a thing again.
But it will almost certainly backfire, considering that Trump came out of the last impeachment fight with a higher approval rating than he went into it with.
