Mike Pence shut down Kamala Harris with this question about the Supreme Court

Vice President Mike Pence and Kamala Harris debated Wednesday night in Utah.

One exchange stuck out to many observers.

And Mike Pence shut down Kamala Harris with this question about the Supreme Court.

Both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris refused to answer questions about whether they will support packing the Supreme Court with liberal justices if Republicans confirm Amy Coney Barrett before the election.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others are pushing this radical and unpopular policy and Biden and Harris’ silence on the matter leaves many Americans worried that they will give in to the Left on this issue if they take office.

During the Vice Presidential debate, Mike Pence pressed Harris for an answer.

“When you speak about the Supreme Court, I think the American people really deserve an answer, Senator Harris,” said Pence. “Are you and [Democrat presidential candidate] Joe Biden going to pack the court if Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed?” Pence asked.

Harris tried to dodge the question but Pence refused to back down.

“Now you’ve refused to answer the question, Joe Biden has refused to answer the question, so I think the American people would really like to know: if Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to the Supreme Court of the United States, are you and Joe Biden, if you somehow win this election, are you going to pack the Supreme Court to get your way?” Pence asked a second time.

When Harris again dodged the question Pence swooped in for the kill.

“I just want the record to reflect, she never answered the question” the Vice President stated. “I think the American people know the answer.”

Biden and Harris don’t want to answer the question because polls show court packing is unpopular.

But they are afraid to stand up to their base and will likely support court packing if they are in office.
