Noem shuts down Democrat over the “Maryland man” hoax
Democrats are still clinging to the “Maryland man” hoax and the lie that President Trump defied a Supreme Court order.
The “Maryland man” hoax involves the case of illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Two different immigration court judges adjudicated Garcia to be a member of the terrorist gang MS-13.
Garcia also faced an order of removal.
The only controversy about his deportation was the immigration court ruling that the government could deport Garcia to any country except his native El Salvador.
When the Trump administration deported Garcia back to his home country, the ACLU sued.
The Supreme Court eventually ruled that all Trump could do was try to “facilitate” Garcia’s return.
Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador and in the custody of his home country’s sovereign government.
All Trump can do is ask, and if President Nayib Bukele says no, that is the end of the story.
It later came out that Garcia’s wife filed multiple orders of protection after Garcia allegedly hit her and police in Tennessee pulled over Garcia and suspected him of human trafficking.
This is the Democrat Party’s poster child to oppose mass deportations.
And yet Democrats kept pushing the “Maryland man” hoax with Congressman Dan Goldman, who was one of the committee lawyers in the Ukraine impeachment hoax, demanding Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem return an illegal alien accused of human trafficking and beating his wife to America.
“What steps have you taken to return Mr. Abrego Garcia?” Goldman demanded.
Noem shot back that she was appalled that Goldman would want to put his constituents lives at risk by allowing illegal alien terrorists to be in America.
“It’s got to be extremely discouraging to be one of your constituents, to see you fight for a terrorist like this and not fight for them is extremely alarming to me and I’m sure it is to your constituents,” Noem replied.

Americans repudiated the Democrat Party’s open borders agenda in the 2024 election.
The public sensed that Democrats fought harder on behalf of illegal aliens than American citizens.
Congressman Goldman, making it clear that his number one concern was bringing an illegal alien terrorist back to America, and not the risks to public safety that such a move would entail, will only further serve to alienate Americans from the Democrat Party.
