Kamala Harris saw one poll result that had Democrats pacing the floor at night
Democrats are facing a major fork in the road.
The decision the Party makes will set the trajectory of politics for the next decade.
And Kamala Harris saw one poll result that had Democrats pacing the floor at night.
Joe Biden is an historically unpopular incumbent President.
Gallup drove that fact home with the release of job favorability ratings of twelve federal leaders.
Joe Biden placed tenth with just a 43 percent approval rating.
Kamala Harris registered a 44 percent approval rating, meaning Harris is actually more popular than Biden.
The slight majority of adults disapprove of the jobs Vice President Kamala Harris (54 percent) and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (53 percent) are doing, while 44 percent approve of each. Harris’ approval rating is on par with President Joe Biden’s 43 percent in the same poll.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is viewed slightly more negatively than Harris and Biden, with 58 percent disapproving and 40 percent approving.
Democrats view Kamala Harris as a catastrophic failure as Vice President and potential challengers are quietly getting ready to run against Harris in a 2024 primary if Biden chooses not to seek re-election.
Harris cannot sit through an interview without making a fool of herself and stepping on every political landmine imaginable.
By virtue of Joe Biden naming Harris as his border czar, Kamala Harris quickly became the face of the administration’s failure to stop the illegal immigration crisis.
Despite all of that negative baggage, Americans still view Harris slightly more favorably than Joe Biden.
But that’s not good news for Harris.
The Gallup poll found 54 percent of Americans disapprove of Harris, meaning that Democrats are heading into 2024 with their top two options for the nomination holding toxic approval ratings.
