Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee has this child sex crime problem

Justice Stephen Breyer’s retirement handed Joe Biden his first chance to remake the United States Supreme Court.

But now events may fly off the rails.

And Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee has this child sex crime problem.

Joe Biden promised to only consider race and gender when picking his Supreme Court Justice.

Biden followed through on his affirmative action process and selected Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as the first black female Supreme Court nominee.

Democrats hoped Judge Jackson’s race and gender would cower Republicans into voting for her confirmation.

That isn’t going to happen.

Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley dug up disturbing academic and judicial writings where Judge Jackson took a soft stance of child sex predators.

“I’ve been researching the record of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, reading her opinions, articles, interviews & speeches,” Senator Hawley wrote on social media. “I’ve noticed an alarming pattern when it comes to Judge Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children.”

Senator Hawley described academic writings where Jackson questioned the idea of registering sex offenders for fear it would stigmatize them.

As a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Jackson pushed for lighter sentences for predators convicted of possessing child porn.

“It gets worse,” Senator Hawley stated. “As a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Judge Jackson advocated for drastic change in how the law treats sex offenders by eliminating the existing mandatory minimum sentences for child porn.”

As a Judge, Ketanji Brown Jackson put her “soft on child porn” ideology into action, consistently handing out lighter sentences to felons convicted on child porn charges than the federal guidelines called for.

“On the federal bench, Judge Jackson put her troubling views into action,” Senator Hawley exclaimed. “In every single child porn case for which we can find records, Judge Jackson deviated from the federal sentencing guidelines in favor of child porn offenders.”

Some RINOs like Utah Senator Mitt Romney have expressed a willingness to eventually vote for Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation.

A vote for Ketanji Brown Jackson was already a vote for abortion on demand, radical gun control that rewrites the Second Amendment, online censorship, and restricting religious liberty.

But now a vote for Ketanji Brown Jackson puts Senators on the record as supporting lighter sentences for child porn predators.
