Joe Biden was forced to confess to committing this illegal act

Joe Biden’s scandal-plagued Presidency just reached a new low.

The dam is about to burst.

And Joe Biden was forced to confess to committing this illegal act.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landy’s lawsuit against the Biden administration continues to bear fruit.

In the latest round of discovery, the Biden administration turned over documents showing regular conference calls between Big Tech and federal officials to discuss a game plan to censor so-called “COVID misinformation.”

One email from Facebook discusses strategies to ban anyone who the administration claims is spreading “misinformation.”

“I know our teams met today to better understand the scope of what the White House expects from us on misinformation going forward,” the email read. “In our previous conversations I’ve appreciated the way you and your team have approached our engagement, and we have worked hard to meet the moment — we’ve dedicated enormous time and resources to fighting this pandemic and consider ourselves partners in fighting the same battle.”

In reality, the Biden administration smeared anyone who pointed out the truth about lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccines all failing to work as advertised as disinformation agents and conspiracy theorists.

This is illegal.

When private entities censor on orders from the government, they are now agents of the state.
That means the Constitution applies to their actions.

And a social media company censoring users on orders from the government violates the First Amendment protection for freedom of speech.

Attorneys General Schmitt and Landy realized they were just at the tip of the iceberg and petitioned the court for access to more documents regarding the Biden administration’s communications with social media companies.

“The limited discovery produced so far provides a tantalizing snapshot into a massive, sprawling federal ‘Censorship Enterprise,’ which includes dozens of federal officials across at least eleven federal agencies and components identified so far,” Schmitt and Landry wrote in a legal filing. “[These officials] communicate with social-media platforms about misinformation, disinformation, and the suppression of private speech on social media—all with the intent and effect of pressuring social-media platforms to censor and suppress private speech that federal officials disfavor.”

This lawsuit is the first crack in the censorship regime imposed by Big Tech.

And it could blow the entire enterprise wide open.
