Joe Biden was blindsided by how this Democrat announced he planned to kill Biden’s agenda

Joe Biden is learning the hard way that nothing comes easy in Washington, D.C.

Now it’s his own party giving him problems.

And Joe Biden was blindsided by how this Democrat announced he planned to kill Biden’s agenda.

Joe Biden’s entire socialist agenda depends on keeping all 50 Senate Democrats unified.

If he can do that, they can pass trillion dollar spending bills and vote to eliminate the filibuster with Kamala Harris casting the tie breaking 51st vote.

Ending the filibuster would allow Democrats to create two new permanent Democrat Senate seats by making Washington, D.C. a state, grant amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens, ban and confiscate firearms, and put an end to competitive elections by making America a one party Democrat-run country through mandating nationwide ballot harvesting and mail-in-voting.

But West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin drove a dagger through the heart of many on the Left hoping to eliminate the filibuster by authoring a Washington Post op-ed declaring there was no circumstance under which he would vote to weaken or eliminate the 60 vote threshold to end debate on legislation.

“The filibuster is a critical tool to protecting that input and our democratic form of government. That is why I have said it before and will say it again to remove any shred of doubt: There is no circumstance in which I will vote to eliminate or weaken the filibuster. The time has come to end these political games, and to usher a new era of bipartisanship where we find common ground on the major policy debates facing our nation,” Manchin wrote.

Manchin added getting rid of the filibuster was unwise because what goes around comes around as the Democrats learned after eliminating the filibuster for judicial nominees only to see Donald Trump have 200 conservative justices confirmed to all levels of the federal judiciary including three Supreme Court justices.

“Unfortunately, our leaders in the Senate fail to realize what goes around comes around. We should all be alarmed at how the budget reconciliation process is being used by both parties to stifle debate around the major issues facing our country today. Legislating was never supposed to be easy. It is hard work to address the needs of both rural and urban communities in a single piece of legislation, but it is the work we were elected to do,” Manchin added.

Without Joe Manchin supporting ending the filibuster the grand plans for Joe Biden to “go big” are over.
