Joe Biden laid down this ultimatum to the Supreme Court that will leave you red with rage

Someone leaked a draft opinion showing the Supreme Court getting ready to strike down Roe v. Wade.

Joe Biden came out swinging.

And Joe Biden laid down this ultimatum to the Supreme Court that will leave you red with rage.

POLITICO published a leaked draft opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito overturning Roe v. Wade and sending the issue of abortion to state legislatures.

This opinion represented the most significant defeat for the Democrat Party at the Supreme Court in generations.

And Joe Biden was not happy.

Biden attacked the decision in a statement outlining three steps his administration intended to fight on behalf of allowing abortion mills to continue to end the lives of nearly one-million unborn babies every year.

“First, my administration argued strongly before the Court in defense of Roe v. Wade. We said that Roe is based on ‘a long line of precedent recognizing ‘the Fourteenth Amendment’s concept of personal liberty’ . . . against government interference with intensely personal decisions,'” Biden wrote.

Biden then threatened the Court that his administration would respond with policies to shield abortion from any decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

“I directed my Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel’s Office to prepare options for an administration response to the continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights, under a variety of possible outcomes in the cases pending before the Supreme Court,” Biden added. “We will be ready when any ruling is issued.”

And finally, Biden issued a call to Democrat voters to turn out in November and elect pro-abortion fanatics.

“And it will fall on voters to elect pro-choice officials this November,” Biden stated. “At the federal level, we will need more pro-choice Senators and a pro-choice majority in the House to adopt legislation that codifies Roe, which I will work to pass and sign into law.”

A recent NBC poll showed Republicans holding a 17-point lead over Democrats on the questions of which Party’s voters were more enthusiastic to turnout in November.

Biden and the Democrats cling to the false hope that the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade would spur turnout and allow Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer to maintain their majorities.

That likely won’t happen.

In 2016, the American people essentially had a referendum on Roe in the election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

It was known at the time that whoever won that election would have multiple Supreme Court appointments, and that if Trump won, overturning Roe v. Wade was a distinct possibility.

Voters who listed the Court as their top issue broke 57 to 42 for Donald Trump.

Democrats who think overturning Roe will provide a political silver bullet are likely mistaken.
