Joe Biden just sold nearly one-million barrels of oil to this Hunter Biden-linked company
Americans are struggling to fill up their gas tanks.
But the Biden administration is doing everything it can to keep gas prices high.
And now Joe Biden just sold nearly one-million barrels of oil to this Hunter Biden-linked company.
It’s bad enough that Joe Biden shut down the Keystone XL Pipeline.
And it’s horrible that he is ending oil and gas leases by simply letting them run out.
But Joe Biden is also shutting down offshore drilling while foregoing drilling in oil-rich states.
The Biden administration is seemingly doing everything in their power to keep gas prices artificially high.
Many astute observers now believe it is all being done by design as a way to force Americans out of gas-powered automobiles and into electric vehicles.
And even though Joe Biden says he’s “doing everything in his power” to lower gas prices, everyone knows this is just another lie.
After all, Joe Biden just sold 950,000 barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves to a Chinese state-owned gas company.
Even worse, according to a report in the Washington Free Beacon, the company also has financial ties to the private equity firm cofounded by Hunter Biden.
Biden’s Department of Energy announced the nearly one-million-barrel sale to Unipec, which is the trading arm of Sinopec.
Sinopec is wholly owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party.
Hunter Biden reportedly has financial ties to the CCP-owned Sinopec.
A private equity company Hunter co-founded allegedly purchased a nearly $2 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing in 2015.
“Biden is connected to Sinopec through BHR Partners, a private equity firm he cofounded in 2013,” the Free Beacon wrote. “BHR bought a $1.7 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing in 2015. Biden at one point owned a 10 percent stake in BHR Partners through his wholly owned firm, Skaneateles, LLC,” the Free Beacon added.
While Joe Biden and his White House mouthpieces have repeatedly claimed that Hunter Biden is now out of the equity firm, Communist Chinese corporate records show he still clearly has a stake in the company.
And when specifically asked about it, Biden’s White House has dodged questions about Hunter Biden’s stake in BHR, directing the press to Hunter’s representatives for more information.
Last December, then-Press Secretary Jen Psaki said, “On the first, the President’s son is not an employee of the federal government, so I’d point you to his representatives. I think I answered your question. You can go to the representative of the person who is not an employee of the federal government.”
In other words, “we aren’t going to answer you, because the answer might be damaging.”
That seems to be the standard answer about anything regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings.
Meanwhile, the American people continue to suffer.
