Joe Biden just proposed something very scandalous to one key Senator’s wife
Joe Biden is getting some uncomfortable questions about a woman.
This is causing an awkward situation for Democrats.
And Joe Biden just proposed something very scandalous to one key Senator’s wife.
West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is the one Democrat standing between Joe Biden and eliminating the legislative filibuster.
If Democrats eliminate the filibuster, they can add Washington, D.C. as the 51st state, grant amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens, ban firearms, and impose nationwide mail-in voting and ballot harvesting, which will open up elections to possible fraud.
But Biden may be looking to buy Manchin off by appointing his wife to a position in the administration that pays six figures.
President Joe Biden on Friday nominated Gayle Conelly Manchin, the wife of Senator Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.) to serve as co-chair of the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).
The appointment would see Gayle Manchin, the former president of the West Virginia Board of Education, heading the ARC —an economic development partnership between the federal government and 13 state governments with the aim of investing in Appalachian communities.
While Manchin has said he will oppose any effort to eliminate the filibuster, critics contend Manchin says lots of things that later turn out not to be true.
Manchin claimed he would not vote for the blue state bailout bill unless it was bipartisan only to vote to pass the nearly $2 trillion boondoggle with only Democrat votes.
In the past, Manchin also claimed to be pro-Second Amendment but gladly signed on to help Barack Obama try and ram a national gun registration database into law after the tragedy at Sandy Hook.
Americans hoping that Manchin will hold firm on the filibuster already feared they could not count on him.
And now with Biden appointing his wife to a cushy government job they fear Manchin eventually voting to eliminate the filibuster is inevitable.
