Joe Biden’s radical agenda suffered another debilitating setback.

Millions of Americans cheered.

And Joe Biden just lost a major court case that destroyed one vital priority of his.

Joe Biden wants to force all members of the military to submit to forced vaccination for the coronavirus.

Biden planned to kick active duty and reserve troops out of the army for not taking the vaccine.

Troops who applied for a religious vaccine were turned down and then filed a lawsuit to block Joe Biden from throwing them out of the service.

The troops scored a major win when the judge ruled that Joe Biden could not remove civilian employees from the Pentagon or kick active duty troops out of the service while they appealed the decision to deny their religious exemption.

“None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exemption is pending,” District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled.

“The judge also ruled that ‘active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exemption requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals,’” Fox News also reported.

The lawyer representing the troops and civilian employees blasted the Biden administration for shredding the Constitution and the rule of law.

“The Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours,” attorney Michael Yoder told Fox News.

Yoder ripped Biden for attacking fundamental American values of liberty attacking religious Americans by forcing them to violate their beliefs to take a vaccine under threat of a court martial or losing their job.

“This combination is dangerous to American liberty,” Yoder added. “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion. With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.”
