New York Post journalist Miranda Devine uncovered a strange $49,910 in rental payments Hunter Biden claimed to make to his father for the house where the President’s lawyers later found stolen classified documents.

The mystery surrounding this rental payment only deepened when emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop showed the $49,910 rent payments matched a deposit he made for an office he shared with business partners from the Communist Chinese-linked CEFC energy company.

In an email on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, emailed Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate, according to emails unearthed from Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”
Browning notes the amount of the deposit was $49,910 for the office space and that it would be returned to Hunter upon signing a lease termination document.
This was the infamous deal where emails showed Hunter Biden telling his business partners that they needed to “hold ten percent for the big guy.”
Former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski later admitted that the “big guy” was Joe Biden.
Republicans immediately pledged to investigate this shady transaction.
