Joe Biden is about to get hit with a lawsuit that took Democrats by surprise
Joe Biden escaped the first Presidential debate with the help of moderator Chris Wallace.
The next day, Joe Biden thought he would go on the attack.
Now Joe Biden is about to get hit with a lawsuit that took Democrats by surprise.
During the Presidential debate, President Trump said he would be willing to condemn white supremacy and that he would support telling any white supremacist groups to stand down.
The Fake News Media then falsely claimed President Trump did not condemn white supremacy.
They may have taken issue with how President Trump went about saying what he said, but there is no denying that he condemned white supremacy.
The next day Joe Biden’s handlers tweeted out a video blasting President Trump for supposedly not condemning white supremacists that included an image of Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old outrageously arrested for allegedly killing two Black Lives Matter rioters after they physically attacked Rittenhouse during a riot.
Lin Wood, an attorney representing Rittenhouse – sent several tweets threatening to sue the Biden campaign over the false claim Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.
“Formal demand for public retraction is being prepared for Biden/Harris Campaign on behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse,” Wood wrote.
“I also hereby demand that @JoeBiden immediately retract his false accusation that Kyle is a white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha,” Wood continued.
“On behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse, I shall sue @JoeBiden & Biden/Harris Campaign for libel,” Wood added.
The American Defamation League has already stated there is no evidence Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.
Biden smeared Rittenhouse in an ad that was viewed over 2 million times on social media.
Many fair-minded Americans would be appalled that Biden would smear a 17-year-old and that Rittenhouse would be well within his rights to sue Biden.
