Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel is blinded by his hatred of Donald Trump.

That led him to make a terrible decision.

And Jimmy Kimmel committed one sick crime on TV that left him in this scary situation.

Jimmy Kimmel commits election crime on his show

Late-night talk shows used to be about comedy and were a place where celebrities would pitch their latest movie or project.

Former Tonight Show host Jay Leno was known for skewering both sides during his heyday.

Former President Donald Trump’s first term saw late-night shows morph from variety programs into group therapy for Democrats.

Comedy was replaced with political tirades about Trump and seething about what the former President was doing.

ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel has constantly tried to pick fights with Trump and his supporters over the years.

The painfully unfunny host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! thinks that whining about Trump passes for humor these days.

Kimmel told Trump supporters to wait to vote until after the election during his monologue for a show in the week before Election Day.

“I don’t know if you guys know about this, but we have an election coming up on — I feel pretty relaxed about it and I’ve really been enjoying the week,” Kimmel began. “In times like this, it is important to remember that cannabis is legal in our state.”

He used a pitch encouraging voting to make a bad joke.

“You have to vote,” Kimmel said. “You can vote early. If you can’t vote early, vote on time. If you want to vote for Trump, vote late, vote very late. Do your voting on Thursday, maybe Friday. This will be my third time voting against Donald Trump — fifth, if you count the two times he was nominated for an Emmy for a reality show host.”

Telling Trump supporters to vote after the election mirrors a crime that the Biden-Harris Justice Department brought against a Trump supporter over the 2016 Election.

Trump supporter convicted of telling the same joke as Jimmy Kimmel

Douglass Mackey ran an anonymous account on Twitter during the 2016 Election supporting Trump named Rickey Vaughan – after Charlie Sheen’s character in the movie Major League

He posted a meme during the 2016 Election that encouraged supporters of Hillary Clinton to vote from home.

Mackey was arrested one week after President Joe Biden was elected in 2021.

He told a joke similar to what Kimmel told and had the Justice Department target him.

District Court Judge Ann Donnelly – who was appointed by former President Barack Obama – threw Mackey in jail for seven months after he was convicted of “election interference.”

“They’re putting Douglass Mackey in jail for sharing a joking meme about Hillary Clinton seven years ago. Nobody ever heard of anything like that,” Trump said at the time.

Mackey is appealing his conviction.

He wondered if Kimmel would get raked over the coals like he did.

“When I made an election joke, the Deep State used it as a pretext to conduct a fishing expedition against me, subpoenaing all financial records, leases, employment information and pay stubs, and email accounts. Will Jimmy Kimmel enjoy the same?” Mackey wrote on X.

The treatment of Jimmy Kimmel compared to Douglas Mackey is another example of the two-tier justice system under Joe Biden.
