Jen Psaki was confronted with this criminal accusation that will leave you red with rage
Jen Psaki’s final days as White House Press Secretary are turning into a dumpster fire.
Everyone can’t wait for this fiasco to end.
And Jen Psaki was confronted with this criminal accusation that will leave you red with rage.
Jen Psaki and Joe Biden refused to condemn left-wing mobs stalking Supreme Court Justices at their homes.
Angry hordes of pro-abortion fanatics are marching on the homes of conservative Supreme Court Justices after the leak of a draft opinion showing five Justices prepared to strike down Roe v. Wade.
At one of Psaki’s final White House press briefings, Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked about her previous comments supporting protests outside of Supreme Court Justices homes as long as they were not violent, despite the fact that such protests violate state and federal laws.
“You suggested that peacefully protesting outside the homes of judges and Supreme Court Justices is part of freedom of expression and part of what we do in the United States, but there’s a law in particular that actually prohibits protest outside private residences even when done peacefully,” Doocy asked. “I’m wondering if any sort of demonstrations outside of private homes might be run against that law and other laws like it.”
While appearing not to support criminality, Psaki tried to have it both ways by refusing to speak out against the profane and angry gangs menacing the Justices at their homes.
“We’re certainly not suggesting anyone break any laws,” Psaki answered. “I would note that the President’s view has long been, and I tweeted this earlier this morning and repeated and made a number of these comments last week as well, that violence, threats and intimidation have no place in political discourse. Yes, we are a country that promotes democracy and we certainly allow for peaceful protest in a range of places in the country. No one should violate the law, no one is suggesting that. And it should never resort to violence, to threats, to intimidation in any way, shape or form.”
But the state of Virginia has a law on the books making it illegal to protest outside a judge’s home.
Three of the conservative Justices live in Virginia.
And 18 U.S.C. § 1507 makes it a federal crime to set up “pickets or parades near or in a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such a judge, juror, witness or court officer.”

Joe Biden and Jen Psaki do not want to speak out because calling out their supporters for illegal behavior would put pressure on authorities to arrest them.
And Psaki and Biden do not want the pressure and intimidation campaign to let up because they support the idea of left-wing mobs terrorizing Justices into upholding Roe v. Wade.
