Fox News Host Just Blindsided Neocons With Ukraine Spending Demand

Fox News has been in the tank for endless foreign wars since the Bush administration.
The network's cheerleading for nation-building and regime change cost America trillions.
But one Fox News host just blindsided neocons with this Ukraine spending demand.
Ingraham breaks ranks with Fox News establishment
Laura Ingraham posted clips from her interview with Montana Senator Tim Sheehy on X that sent shockwaves through the foreign policy establishment.
"Voters are tired of endless wars and blank checks overseas," Ingraham wrote in one post featuring Sheehy's comments about Ukraine funding.¹
In a second post, she added, "Transparency on billions sent abroad is long overdue."²
Sheehy didn't mince words during the interview about what Senate Republicans plan to do.
"The Republicans in the Senate certainly will, and I think you're gonna see a growing bipartisan desire for that," Sheehy told Ingraham about demanding accountability for Ukraine spending.³
He admitted he was "shocked" to see The New York Times finally report what conservatives have been saying for years.
The paper published a scathing investigation revealing Ukraine's government "systematically sabotaged oversight, allowing graft to flourish" over the past four years.⁴
"I was shocked to read what I saw in The New York Times — they're absolutely right on both accounts," Sheehy said.⁵

Most Americans have been screaming about this corruption for years while being called Putin sympathizers.
Now even the Times admits hundreds of millions of dollars disappeared into a Ukrainian black hole with zero accountability.
The neocon war machine finally faces scrutiny
Sheehy didn't stop there.
He explained what's really driving American frustration with Ukraine policy.
"Most Americans have said very clearly they want these wars to be over," Sheehy stated. "They want us to stop sending hundreds of billions of dollars to other countries when we have our own issues here."⁶
That's the sentiment Donald Trump rode to the White House.
Twice.
The military-industrial complex spent years trying to memory-hole the Iraq War disaster.
They rebranded as "democracy defenders" and found a new forever war in Ukraine.
But voters aren't buying it anymore.
"We can't expect the American people to keep footing the bill for this," Sheehy added.⁷

The timing of Ingraham's posts is no accident.
Fox News has been accused of functioning as a "neocon war sheet" by critics who noticed the network's relentless push for escalation in Ukraine.⁸
Multiple Fox hosts have promoted continued funding and weapons shipments while downplaying calls for negotiations.
Ingraham's public break with that narrative represents a significant crack in the establishment Republican foreign policy consensus.
Senator Mike Lee previously backed Ingraham when she called Ukraine's leadership a "gang of corrupt officials" and suggested billions in American aid ended up in Swiss bank accounts.⁹
"Some of us have been warning for years that U.S. aid to Ukraine is financing corruption on a colossal scale," Lee wrote on X. "Those who raised this issue were constantly ridiculed as 'Putin lovers' and accused of helping Russian aggression."¹⁰
He blamed the "Uniparty" — the single system of interests shared by both parties in Washington, D.C. — and the military-industrial complex for silencing dissent.
Don Jr. recently shared the jarring reality of a flood of Ukrainian-registered supercar he witnessed over the summer in Monaco.
President Trump has been pushing for negotiations to end the Ukraine conflict since taking office.
He's met resistance from neocons embedded throughout Washington, D.C. and European capitals who want the war to continue indefinitely.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been working to undermine Trump's 28-point peace plan by coordinating with Ukraine and European allies on an alternative proposal that gives Ukraine unrealistic advantages.¹¹
The battle over Ukraine policy isn't just about foreign policy.
It's about whether the American people or the permanent Washington, D.C. establishment gets to decide how their tax dollars are spent.
Trump made ending endless wars a cornerstone of his campaign.
Voters delivered him a landslide victory because they're fed up watching billions disappear overseas while their own communities crumble.
Ingraham's willingness to publicly challenge the Fox News neocon consensus on Ukraine shows the ground is shifting.
The foreign policy establishment that dragged America into Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria is losing its grip.
Americans want their money spent at home, not lining the pockets of corrupt foreign officials.
And they're done being called Russian assets for demanding basic accountability.
