Donald Trump made this declaration of victory that all his supporters waited for
On the day after the election, the results still hung in limbo.
Americans waited to know the outcomes.
And then Donald Trump made this declaration of victory that all his supporters waited for.
With 96 percent of the precincts reporting Donald Trump held 2.4 point leads in North Carolina and Georgia.
The President also continued holding a 4.8% percent lead in Pennsylvania with 87 percent of the vote in.
Networks refused to call any of these states, so on social media President Trump declared victory.
“We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!” Trump posted on social media.
Networks called other states with a far smaller percentage of the vote in or with Joe Biden holding leads that numbered in the tens of thousands.
But they would not call North Carolina or Georgia despite there being no realistic path for Joe Biden to win those states.
That’s because the networks sat on calls for Trump states to deny him the opportunity to claim victory by saying he was on track for the Presidency.
The Fake News Media – which despises Donald Trump – wanted a scenario where if the outcome was in question, Joe Biden could speak before the President and essentially assume the role of President.
It was a direct assault on the electoral process that the Fake News Media played a central role in staging.
