Donald Trump just scored the most amazing revenge on CNN when this poll was released
CNN has led the media “resistance” to Donald Trump.
The far-left network is home to anti-Trump conspiracy theorists who masquerade as journalists.
But Trump got the last laugh when one poll number was made public.
The latest edition of the Rasmussen poll found Trump with a 50% approval rating.
Rasmussen’s poll found:
“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 33% who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 39% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -6.”
No one could believe the numbers.
Trump faces a daily onslaught of fake news and negative coverage designed to destroy his Presidency.
The swamp even launched the Mueller probe to drive him from office.
One part of the strategy was the hope that a drip-drip-drip of negative stories and leaks would drive Trump’s approval numbers down the drain so when Mueller presented his findings, Trump would have no political support in an impeachment proceeding.
That all failed.
One of the reasons it has failed – and Trump’s approval numbers have been on the rise – is that more Americans believe the mainstream media publishes fake news.
A recent Monmouth University Survey found 77% of Americans believe the media report fake stories.
“The “fake news” moniker, which has become a rallying cry for Trump and his supporters, surprisingly gained popularity across partisan lines, including among Democrats. According to the Monmouth findings, 61 percent of Democrats believe outlets spread misinformation, up from 43 percent from last year. Belief in the spread of “fake news” by major news outlets also rose from 2017 to now among Republicans, up from 79 to 89 percent, and independents, rising from 66 percent to 82 percent.”
The media has thrown the kitchen sink at Trump and it failed to separate Trump from his voters.
