President Trump isn’t one to shy away from a fight.

That leads to an accumulation of enemies.

But now Donald Trump just had one come to his aid in a critical fight.

Even RINOs reject the media’s due process hoax 

The media knows that mass deportations of illegal aliens are wildly popular with the American people.

Democrats lost the argument on open borders and amnesty after Joe Biden turned 10,000,000 illegal aliens loose on the streets of America.

Illegal alien murderers, rapists, drug dealers, and other assorted thugs who never should have been in the country in the first place terrorized American citizens.

Innocents like Laken Riley and Rachel Morin lost their lives at the hands of illegal alien killers.

But the left found a new way to keep illegal aliens in the country.

That revolved around the lie that President Trump deprived illegal aliens of “due process” before deporting them back to their home country.

This scheme picked up steam with the “Maryland man” hoax.

Democrats and the press claimed Trump deported illegal alien and “Maryland man” Kilmer Abrego Garcia back to his home country of El Salvador without due process.

Garcia received due process.

Two different immigration judges ruled he was a member of the MS-13 terrorist gang and issued a removal order.

CNN’s Kasie Hunt picked up on this due process canard in an interview with RINO Oklahoma Senator James Lankford where she attacked President Trump for comments he made during an interview with NBC’s Meet the Press.

Host Kristen Welker asked Trump about “due process” for illegal aliens and if he would uphold the Constitution.

Trump replied, “I don’t  know,” and said he was following the advice of Justice Department lawyers.

Hunt pressed Lankford on Trump upholding the Constitution, an offshoot of the “Trump is a dictator” hoax the press ran wild with over the last 10 years.

“President Trump sat down for an extensive interview with Kristen Welker at ‘Meet the Press’ over the weekend. She asked him whether he would uphold the Constitution in providing due process to people who are deported and his answer was not yes. Are you confident that President Trump will uphold the Constitution?”  Hunt asked.

Lankford is a pro-amnesty RINO.

Last year, Lankford colluded with Joe Biden, Mitch McConnell, and Chuck Schumer on a bill to import 1,825,000 illegal aliens into America each year.

But Lankford is also up for re-election in 2028.

And Lankford wants voters in Oklahoma to forget about him playing footsie with Joe Biden on a mass amnesty bill.

Lankford told Hunt that Trump meant he was following the advice of his lawyers and that the media was trying to mislead the public about “due process.”

The press wants “due process” for illegal aliens to mean criminal trials and appeals, whereas President Trump is obeying the due process standards set out for deporting illegal aliens, which is just a hearing before an immigration judge and then removal.

“I am. I think his answer was, I’ve got good attorneys advising me on all those things, and they’re going to make sure they get it right. What’s been confusing on this is some people see due process like us as American citizens, and that’s a right to a jury trial, that’s all those different things. That’s not true for due process for someone who’s not a citizen of the United States. It’s a different process. It’s often just literally what people call an immigration judge, which is not a typical federal judge or a state judge; this is someone that’s in the bureaucracy,” Lankford stated.
