CNN is about to pay for their hit piece on the Covington Catholic students in the worst way possible
CNN has become little more than an attack dog for the Democrat Party.
But their constant hit pieces on Trump supporters are backfiring.
Now, the Covington Catholic High School students’ lawyer just dropped a bomb that will make CNN beg for mercy.
First, CNN falsely reported the events that took place outside the Lincoln Memorial to make these boys appear as racist Trump supporters.
Then, video evidence was released which proved that it was professional protesters who attempted to provoke the students into a response that would make the students look bad.
Now, they’re about to pay dearly for their attack on the MAGA hat-wearing Covington Catholic students.
That’s because Covington Catholic High School’s lawyer is preparing to hit CNN with a $250 million lawsuit.
In a clip of an interview set to air on Sunday’s 10 p.m. ET broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Life, Liberty & Levin,” L. Lin Wood, the lawyer for Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann, said CNN was likely to be hit with a massive lawsuit worth more than $250 million over alleged “vicious” and “direct attacks” in the near future.
“CNN was probably more vicious in its direct attacks on Nicholas than The Washington Post,” Wood said. “And CNN goes into millions of individuals’ homes. It’s broadcast into their homes. They really went after Nicholas with the idea that he was part of a mob that was attacking the Black Hebrew Israelites, yelling racist slurs at the Black Hebrew Israelites — totally false, saying things like Nicholas was part of a group that was threatening the Black Hebrew Israelites, that they thought there was going to be a lynching. Now you’ve seen the tape. If you took the time to look at what was said that day, Nicholas Sandmann did absolutely nothing wrong. He was as I said to other the only adult in the room.”
The fake news media outlet thought they had Trump supporters nailed to the wall.
So they rushed to judgment in blind zeal to expose supposedly “racist” teenagers as representative of all Trump supporters.
But that ended up being a fatal error for the fake news network.
Once more video footage of the event emerged and the students were vindicated, they were forced to walk back their falsehoods and even apologize.
But it was too late.
Covington Catholic High School, the students, and their parents, were already being leveled death threats and were victims of harassment due to CNN’s fake reporting damaging their reputations.
Now CNN will finally face the consequences for their actions.
