Black Lives Matter crossed way over the line with their most outrageous protest yet
Black Lives Matter protesters have caused tens of thousands of dollars worth of property damage in cities like Baltimore and Ferguson, Missouri during their “protests.”
Now Maxine Waters’ recent speeches have emboldened radical leftists to amp up their confrontations with police.
And what one Black Lives Matter group in California just did to a police officer crossed the line.
Two Sacramento Police officers are under investigation after the shooting of an unarmed black man, Stephon Clark.
Body cam footage shows Clark running away from the police officers in the middle of the night through a residential neighborhood. Clark then took out his phone, which the officers mistook for a firearm.
In retaliation, Black Lives Matter protesters took to the streets of Sacramento earlier this year.
Now they’ve tracked down the police officers under investigation and “crashed” one officer’s wedding day.
The Washington Times reports:
Black Lives Matter protesters on Saturday crashed the wedding venue of one of the two police officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark in Sacramento earlier this year.
A small group of protesters tracked down the officer’s wedding at a vineyard about an hour outside of Sacramento and showed up just hours before he was set to say, “I do,” a local CBS affiliate reported.
Video posted on Facebook by Sacramento Black Lives Matter showed the protesters accosting the officer, who police have not identified due to safety concerns, while he was gathered in a room with his groomsmen.
“I just wonder if you started planning your wedding before you killed Stephon Clark or after?” a white female protester asked the officer, who is black, in the video. “How have you been sleeping since March 18?”
“You’re a murderer!” another protester yelled as they were quickly ushered out of the room by the officer’s wedding party.
The police officer that Black Lives Matter stalked and harassed on his wedding day is also black.
What happened to Clark was a tragedy, but race-baiters like Al Sharpton – who spoke at Clark’s funeral – try to inject racism into everything.
This wouldn’t have happened if Clark had complied in the first place.
The Washington Post reported that police shootings of unarmed people has declined since 2015.
But law enforcement officers have been increasingly on high alert. Just in the first half of 2018, 24 law enforcement officials have been killed by gunfire.
