Bill Clinton made this jaw-dropping comment about Donald Trump
Bill Clinton spoke on the second night of the Democrat National Convention.
As expected, Clinton launched into a diatribe about President Trump.
But Bill Clinton made this jaw-dropping comment about Donald Trump.
Tuesday’s night speech for Bill Clinton represented a political comeback of sorts.
The #MeToo movement sidelined Clinton from Democrat Party politics as candidates during the 2018 midterms and 2020 Democrat primary did not want to answer questions about the rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment allegations against Clinton.
On the second night of the Democrat National Convention, Bill Clinton was back in the political spotlight that he held for over 20 years.
But the night ended in embarrassment for Democrats.
During his speech Clinton actually attacked Donald Trump for bringing chaos to the Oval Office.
“Donald Trump says we’re leading the world. Well, we are the only major industrial country to have its unemployment rate triple,” Clinton ranted.
“At a time like this, the Oval Office should be a command center, instead it’s a storm center. There’s only chaos. Just one thing never changes — his determination to deny responsibility and shift the blame,” Clinton added.
These comments made it impossible for Americans to avoid the fact that when Bill Clinton was President he received oral sex in the Oval Office from Monica Lewinsky.
Critics later accused Clinton of trying to distract from his grand jury testimony in the Ken Starr investigation by ordering missile strikes on targets in Sudan and Afghanistan – which included an aspirin factory.
Clinton was later impeached for perjuring himself in testimony about the Lewinsky affair.
No President has ever brought more chaos or disrepute to the Oval Office than Bill Clinton.
His attack on Donald Trump forced another uncomfortable reckoning on his record.
And it reminded Democrats why they sent him in to exile the last two years.
