Amy Coney Barrett is not going to make Trump happy with what she just decided
Donald Trump fought to make sure Amy Coney Barrett replaced Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.
Trump thought he tilted the court to the Right for at least a generation.
But Amy Coney Barrett is not going to make Trump happy with what she just decided.
The Supreme Court let a Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals decision stand, which let a biological female claiming to be a “man” use the boy’s restroom in Gloucester County, Virginia schools.
Gavin Grimm boasted about how “he” can now use the boy’s bathroom despite being born a female.
“I am glad that my years-long fight to have my school see me for who I am is over,” Grimm stated. “Being forced to use the nurse’s room, a private bathroom, and the girl’s room was humiliating for me, and having to go to out-of-the-way bathrooms severely interfered with my education. Trans youth deserve to use the bathroom in peace without being humiliated and stigmatized by their own school boards and elected officials.”
Only Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented and would have heard the Gloucester County School Board’s appeal.
All three of Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominees voted to reject an appeal that will make it nearly impossible for other states to pass laws keeping biological males out of women’s bathrooms.
Donald Trump spoke out about how disappointed he was in Brett Kavanaugh and Barrett after he fought so hard for them to get confirmed to the Supreme Court only to see them repeatedly rule with the Left.
Now the early returns are suggesting Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett were not the conservatives the legal establishment promised Donald Trump they were.
