Sean Hannity is one of President Trump’s closest confidantes.

If anyone would be clued in to President Trump’s future moves, it would be Sean Hannity.

And all hell broke loose when Sean Hannity let the cat out of the bag on Trump 2028.

Sean Hannity says Trump 2028 talk is masterclass level trolling

The media is consumed with fanning the flames of the idea that President Trump will run for a third term in 2028.

Reporters asked Trump about if he planned to run again during an executive order signing ceremony in the Oval Office.

Trump said while some of his supporters would love to see him seek a third term, his focus was one this current term.

“No people are asking me to run, and there’s a whole story about running for a third term. I don’t know. I never looked into it. They do say there’s a way you can do it, but I don’t know about that, but I have not looked into it. I want to do a fantastic job. We have four years…It’s still close to four years,” Trump said in the Oval Office.

Sean Hannity was on the popular Full Send podcast where host Kyle Foregard asked Hannity if Trump was really serious about running for a third term.

As one of Trump’s closest friends and advisors, Hannity would be in as good a position as anyone to give an answer.

Hannity told Foregard that he loved the Trump 2028 talk because it drove the media mob insane.

Hannity said Trump wasn’t really indulging in the take and instead saying this is a Constitutional issue and that his main priority is turning this term into a success.

“I love it because they bubble and fizz like Alka-Seltzer and Happy Dad. Listen, it would be an interesting challenge. Ultimately, it’s a constitutional issue. Um, as he said, but read the next sentence. I’m not thinking about it. It’s way too early in my administration. But again, he’s taking up space in people’s minds, which I find funny,” Hannity said.

Foregard asked if there was any way Trump could appear on the ballot in 2028.

“Is that constitutionally something that could actually be possible?” Foregard inquired.

Hannity replied that the text of the 22nd Amendment prevented Trump from running again.

Various other proposals to make Trump President again such as running as J.D. Vance’s Vice President also doesn’t work because the 12th Amendment states that anyone ineligible to be President can’t serve as Vice President.

But even still, Hannity encouraged the talk because of how insane it drove the Left.

“Well, not according to the actual wording of it, two terms, but would that be a possibility maybe in some other respect? Yeah, but I’m telling you, he takes up space on people’s heads. He’s great at it,” Hannity declared.
