Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg took a big risk putting porn star Stormy Daniels on the witness stand.

The gamble blew up in his face.

And Alina Habba used two words to describe Stormy Daniels that will terrify Alvin Bragg.

Stormy Daniels melts down on the witness stand

In the least surprising development of all time, Stormy Daniels’ testimony turned into a circus.

Democrat Judge Juan Merchan and the jurors all cringed as she went into graphic detail about her one alleged sexual encounter with former President Donald Trump way back in 2006.

Daniels claimed she spanked Trump with a magazine and that he didn’t use a condom when having sex.

But where she really went off the rails and nearly caused a mistrial was when she appeared to change her testimony and accuse Trump of sexually assaulting her.

Daniels claimed Trump blocked her from leaving the room and “blacked out.”

These were details she never shared before and that threatened to prejudice the jury as a rapist with irrelevant information to the case.

Trump’s lawyers immediately called for a mistrial, but Democrat Judge Juan Merchan rejected the motion.

This could come back to haunt Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as the New York Court of Appeals just vacated a conviction against disgraced former film producer Harvey Weinstein over the trial judge allowing inadmissible testimony.

Habba slams Daniels’ performance

Habba appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show to discuss the day’s developments.

In the interview, Habba said she found the testimony compelling because it “destroyed” Bragg’s joke of a case.

“I was in the courtroom today. I was in the courtroom yesterday. What’s more compelling to me is that the prosecution, whose case, frankly, in my opinion, has been destroyed, is completely discredited,” Habba stated.

Putting Daniels on the stand was done for shock value and to humiliate Donald Trump.

Daniels claimed she was pressured into putting out a 2018 statement denying the affair with Trump.

But Hannity pointed out that Daniels denied the affair in 2006, 2011, and again in 2017.

Habba said he was exactly right but that she didn’t want to comment on her testimony since Daniels was still testifying.

“That’s correct. And I’m not going to speak to her testimony. She’s currently under oath, and we’re going to continue cross-examining her on Thursday,” Habba added.

But Habba wanted to focus on the changes in Daniels’ testimony.

“What I will say is this, Sean, when you have inconsistencies with any witness, it speaks volumes,” Habba continued.

But Habba didn’t want anyone to get confused as she referred to Daniels’ story as “complete garbage” that’s been rehashed.

“What we saw today was a story that I’ve heard for a decade that is complete garbage. And finally, the facts are coming out and the cases are falling apart like a domino, one at a time,” Habba continued.
