New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has no problem making a scene.

Other members of the House of Representatives are wise to her ways.

And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez melted down after getting called out for one sick stunt.

Republicans chide Ocasio-Cortez for playing to the cameras during committee hearing

Congressional Republicans are working on passing President Trump’s “one big, beautiful bill” through the House and the Senate.

This legislation will include the largest tax cuts in history and fulfill key campaign promises like “no taxes on tips” and “no taxes on overtime benefits.”

Republicans also hope to use this legislation to slash more than a trillion in federal spending.

House Republicans eyed the Medicaid entitlement program for savings.

The budget resolution House Republicans passed identified more than $600 million in savings from Medicaid through simple reforms like work requirements for able-bodied Americans and preventing illegal aliens from infiltrating the program.

One of the defining characteristics of the Democrat Party in the second Trump term is continually finding ways to end up on the wrong side of 80/20 issues.

Democrats stand against 80 percent of Americans in deporting illegal alien criminals.

Democrats also stand against 80 percent of Americans by supporting allowing biological men to compete in women’s sports.

Now, led by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Democrats oppose the common-sense requirement to prove that one is working to be eligible for federal assistance on healthcare.

During a House Committee hearing, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez began playing to the cameras and engaging in histrionics about how pregnant women will supposedly “bleed out” if the government requires able-bodied Americans to work to receive Medicaid.

Congressman Randy Weber (R-TX) spoke and told Ocasio-Cortez to follow committee protocol and address her fellow members as opposed to delivering a speech for the CSPAN cameras.

“We’d like for you to address the Republicans. Let’s have a dialogue this way and not to a camera,” Weber stated.

Ocasio-Cortez ignored Weber and continued her rant about pregnant women, claiming she was speaking to the American people because that is who she works for.

“Speaking of where we are addressing and who we are addressing, there are 13.7 million Americans on the other side of that screen right there. Hello! I’m talking to you because I work for you,” Ocasio-Cortez ranted.

Work requirements for Medicaid would save taxpayers $301 billion over the next decade.

Ocasio-Cortez and the Democrat Party want as many Americans as possible hooked on big government welfare programs.

The New York Congresswoman didn’t care that this contrast made Democrats look awful.

What Ocasio-Cortez cared about was creating a viral moment for social media to build the image of herself as a fighter against President Trump in the minds of Democrat Party voters ahead of her expected 2028 Presidential campaign.

“And they deserve to see what is happening here. Because there are plenty of districts, including Republican ones, where 25% of your constituents are on Medicaid, 40% of your constituents are on Medicaid. And, yes, I am talking to you,” Ocasio-Cortez continued.

“I am talking to them, and I will not yield, because it was a terribly disrespectful comment, and I will not yield to disrespectful men,” Ocasio-Cortez concluded.
