Joe Biden is used to the undying support of anyone in the entertainment industry.

But he got hit with a curveball.

And a TV star noticed one fact about Donald Trump that will leave Joe Biden in shambles.

President Joe Biden is counting on a criminal conviction by a Democrat prosecutor and Democrat juries against former President Donald Trump to win re-election.

Biden’s team leaked to POLITICO that he was furious that Attorney General Merrick Garland didn’t arrest Trump sooner so a Democrat jury in Washington, D.C. could hand down a guilty verdict against Trump before election day.

Polls show a criminal conviction is the one thing that swings the polls in Biden’s favor.

One of the cases the Democrats hoped would result in a guilty verdict against Trump was Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ RICO case against him for contesting the 2020 Election.

But that case is now in ruins over allegations of conflict of interest involving Willis hiring her lover Nathan Wade to work the case and then Wade allegedly using the money he made to pay for the lovers to go on vacation.

Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary discussed Willis’ explosive testimony in a hearing to determine if a judge should disqualify her from the case with Fox News host Harris Faulkner.

O’Leary ridiculed the case against Trump as a sham and instead focused on the amount of free media Trump got from these trials and what it would have cost to purchase an equivalent number of campaign ads.

“Well, I want to make an observation about this case, I was looking at some data this morning that shocked me. In media, if you’re buying time, let’s say you’re in a presidential election because frankly, we wouldn’t be tracking this case if it wasn’t tied to Trump,” O’Leary began.

“We wouldn’t be watching this right now. What I’ve learned in the last ten days, because I get the data every five business day cycles because we spend so much money on paid media, unpaid media, social media, buys for cable, buys for network,” O’Leary added.

O’Leary said it was impossible for anyone else to compete with Trump because of how he dominated the news cycle.

“Trump has done something no one’s ever done before. I’m not saying it’s good or bad. He has sucked the oxygen out of the room for every competitor he has, including Nikki Haley. Even Biden doesn’t get as much network time as he’s getting now,” O’Leary continued.

“This is extraordinary. If you actually look at the data, he’s getting about 80% of the unpaid media. I mean, I don’t know if you want to call that genius, but that’s millions of dollars of free network time for all Trump, all day long. Every single second. And here we are, more Trump,” O’Leary stated.

Never Trumpers argued Democrats only indicted Trump to ensure he won the Republican nomination and that once Trump won the nomination the polls would flip after Democrats smeared him as a criminal.

O’Leary rejected that framing mocking the Georgia case as small potatoes.

“Now, this is a case that’s hardly consequential to the outcome of the country on policy. And frankly, many people like me say who cares? But every second is Trump. That’s the genius of this,” O’Leary concluded.

And now only did Donald Trump’s poll numbers go up in the Republican Party following his indictments, but his General Election poll standing grew stronger as well.

Fox News polls from the swing states of Michigan and North Carolina showed Trump leading Joe Biden by two and five points respectively.

Biden’s last best hope rested with the weaponized Justice system.

But it may not be able to save him as the increased attention on Trump’s criminal cases also shows they are politically-motivated show trials.
