Democrats know they are staring over the edge into the abyss.

But few want to say so out loud.

And a key Democrat said two words about Joe Biden that are the final nail in the coffin.

Charlamagne tha God is the host of the nationally syndicated The Breakfast Club radio show that originates out of New York City.

The show’s become a staple of Democrat Party politics and any Democrat that wants to make a national name for themselves will appear on it.

Charlamagne’s always had a tricky relationship with President Joe Biden.

It was Charlamagne to whom Biden said in 2020 that if he had any questions about his record versus Trump’s then “you ain’t black.”

Charlamagne and his crew also have ridiculed Biden for being senile.

In an interview with ABC’s This Week, Charlamagne told left-wing host Jonathan Karl that there was no enthusiasm for Biden among his audience and he felt that voter turnout would be down from 2020.

“I feel like my audience is America, and when I’m out and about just walking in the street or people are calling into the radio station, like, nobody is inspired, you know, by the upcoming election. Nobody wants to see the rematch between, you know, Biden and Trump, and that’s what makes me feel like the couch is going to win,” Charlamagne stated.

He called Biden an “uninspiring candidate” and said that the President had “no main character energy.”

Charlamagne claimed Biden would be better off operating behind the scenes and letting young Democrats take the lead on the campaign trail.

“He’s just an uninspiring candidate. There’s nothing about Joe Biden that makes you want to listen to him. That’s why he should be leaning on his Vice President, Kamala Harris, who’s way more charismatic than him. He should be leaning on other surrogates like Gavin Newsom or Shapiro in Pennsylvania. Like he should be leaning on people who are more inspiring than him, are more charismatic than him. He should be, I guess, if you want to call it, the brains of the operation behind the scenes. Like, that sounds crazy. We’re saying that about a President of the United States of America, but he has no main character energy at all. None,” Charlamagne concluded.

RealClearPolitics shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden by 1.7 points.

If there is one thing about Trump voters that both sides can agree on, it’s that Trump’s base is loyal and excited about voting for him.

The same can’t be said for Biden.

If turnout drops, it will likely drop among the type of constituencies – young Americans and black voters – that Democrats need to run up the score with to win an election.

Biden only carried the Electoral College by 44,000 votes across three states.

It won’t take a dramatic falloff in turnout or a shift in voting patterns for Trump to recapture the White House.
