And now one judge just smacked Joe Biden with a defeat that stopped this racist program.

Wisconsin U.S. District Court Judge William Griesbach sided with groups representing 12 farmers who sued over a $4 billion loan forgiveness program that excluded white farmers.

Joe Biden signed this program into law with the Blue State Bailout bill as part of his promise to impose “equity” across all federal government programs.

Judge Griesbach ruled the program discriminated against white farmers by making the loan forgiveness money available only to minority farmers.

“The obvious response to a government agency that claims it continues to discriminate against farmers because of their race or national origin is to direct it to stop: it is not to direct it to intentionally discriminate against others on the basis of their race and national origin,” Griesbach ruled.

Griesbach added that the government had countless methods to implement race-neutral loan forgiveness programs that could have accomplished many of the same goals, but that the government could not mandate money only be available to certain races.

“Indeed, Congress can implement race-neutral programs to help farmers and ranchers in need of financial assistance, such as requiring individual determinations of disadvantaged status or giving priority to loans of farmers and ranchers that were left out of the previous pandemic relief funding,” Griesbach added. “It can also provide better outreach, education, and other resources. But it cannot discriminate on the basis of race.”

Many conservatives see taxpayer subsidies on loans to private entities and individuals as a dangerous step toward socialism.

Biden’s “equity” programs in which taxpayers foot the bill for loan forgiveness awarded based on race adds insult to injury.

“Equity” is a word few Americans heard before the 2020 election.

Now it is the watchword for Joe Biden’s administration.

“Equity” is a Marxist concept that focuses on “equalizing” outcomes by redistributing resources away from some groups to give to others.

And it is the central idea that underpins nearly every Democrat Party policy today.
